To help you keep track of benefit limits and ensure everything is in line with the new legislation, we’ve split the eBenefity on the All Inclusive card into two parts, Health and Other Leisure Benefits. From 28 April, you’ll find a converter in the Můj Up app, allowing you to easily transfer funds to determine how many benefit points you want to use in each area.

Making life easier for employers
At Up Benefity, we are ready to be your reliable partner for tax-advantaged employee benefits. The Můj Up app is fully technology equipped to track the legislated limits for health and leisure benefits. With a brand new converter between the HEALTH and OTHER leisure benefit categories on the All Inclusive card, employees can transfer funds as they need. If they want to transfer more than the allowed tax limit, the app will not allow the transfer.
The transfer tool will be activated for users on April 28. Benefit points earned after that date will automatically be assigned to the Health category. If a user wants to pay by card for benefits in the Other Leisure Benefits category, they will need to move the funds to that category using the converter. The employee must have sufficient funds in that category to make a successful payment.

The new converter will help employees draw benefits the way they want
If you have a black All Inclusive benefit card (not a green eBenefits card), we’ve split your eBenefity in Můj Up into two according to the new legislation:
- HEALTH
- OTHER leisure benefits
Starting April 28, you will now find a converter in the Můj Up app that allows you to easily transfer funds from the HEALTH category to the OTHER Leisure Benefits category. As an employee, you have the choice to think ahead and plan how many benefit points you want to use for health-related goods or services and how many points in other leisure categories, depending on your needs. Use the flexibility of the converter to your advantage and keep your leisure and health firmly in your hands.
How will it work in practice?
- For example, if you go to the pharmacy and want to pay for vitamins, you need to have enough funds in the HEALTH category.
- If you want to pay for recreation or go to the movies, for example, you need to have enough funds in the OTHER LEISURE BENEFITS category.
If you move more than the allowed limit the app will not allow the transfer.

Why should you invest in the health of your employees?
Statistics for 2024 show that employee sickness absence is at an all-time high:
- 50% of employees have been on sick leave at least once
- The average length of sick leave was 32.5 days, with long-term absences often lasting up to 97 days
- On average, 228 000 people were absent from the workplace every day
Musculoskeletal problems, such as back pain, are the most common cause, but psychological problems, including stress and burnout, are also increasingly common. New health benefits will enable companies to proactively prevent these problems and support the overall wellbeing of their employees.
